Alice Ragoi, a Nairobi-born singer, songwriter, producer, and music teacher, has cultivated a lifelong love for music. Her artistic journey is fueled by a profound connection to music, drawing inspiration from iconic artists like Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Amel Larrieux, and Erykah Badu.

Early life and Musical Roots

During her childhood, Alice's passion for music emerged as she enthusiastically led songs in Sunday school and joined the church's praise and worship team. In high school, she excelled in music, earning accolades and serving as the choir music captain. At the age of 16, she began crafting beats on FL Studio, using her uncle's laptop.Her dedication was evident as she would start her day at 7 a.m. with tea and three slices of bread, then immerse herself in creating beats on FL Studio until 9 p.m. during school holiday breaks, often losing track of time.Alice attributes her musical growth to the supportive local beatmaking community, which provided her with drum kits, plugins, and encouragement to explore diverse sounds.
